We were invited to Costa Rica by wellness tech startup Øthers, to shoot this short documentary about freediver and breathwork specialist, Rodo Escalante.

He’s spent the last 10 years teaching people about the power of holding the breath in order to take control of anxiety. We worked on creative, storyboarding, and pre-production, and spent a couple of days diving with Rodo.
